Our company’s specialists with consult with you on all questions regarding the processing of cargo documentation, as well as instructing you on how to correctly complete the customs declaration and calculate the customs duties and the value of the cargo. In addition, during the processing of the cargo documentation, the Cargo Service Centre team will give you all the necessary information about the procedure for submitting the documents to the customs authorities, about processing the ICT, and also about the procedure for the import and export of goods to Kazakhstan and Belarus (the other countries in the Customs Union).

The processing of the ICT (internal customs transit) is necessary in order to transport foreign goods from the place where they arrived in the Russian Federation to the customs point (the place where they have actually been declared). Processing of the ICT does not demand the payment of import customs duties, taxes, or the presentation of any licences. The processing of the ICT is done by the customs authorities of the region in which the transportation of the cargo begins.
